Compliance, die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen, branchenspezifischen und unternehmensinternen Vorschriften, führt im kommenden Jahr die Liste der zehn wichtigsten Unternehmensrisiken an. Zu diesem Ergebnis kam die Prüfungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft Ernst & Young in ihrer soeben vorgelegten Studie "Strategic Business Risk: 2008 — The Top 10 Risks for Global Business". Im Rahmen der weltweit angelegten Untersuchung befragte Ernst & Young 70 Experten aus 20 verschiedenen Disziplinen.
