High Security of TeamDrive Cloud Data Storage Validated by The Data Protection Commissioner's Office (ULD)

Fraunhofer SIT's criticism of the security of TeamDrive's cloud data storage is unjustified

The ULD (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein) has issued a statement confirming it upholds TeamDrive's privacy seal certification, an opinion validated by other independent technical and legal experts. According to the ULD, TeamDrive continues to fulfill the stringent security requirements necessary for the privacy seal to be issued.

The ULD and other experts welcomed Fraunhofer SIT's detailed study. It gives valuable information about security weaknesses of cloud services. However, with respect to TeamDrive 2.4, the ULD accredited experts - lawyer Stefan Hansen-Oest and IT specialist Andrew Bethke - reject the Fraunhofer SIT's criticisms.
