Renova announced today that the antitrust authorities in South Africa, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, and Germany have given their approval with regards to the mandatory offer submitted by Renova to the shareholders of Sulzer AG on August 3, 2015. Following that mandatory offer, 29.50% of Sulzer shares were tendered to Renova. Together with its existing interests, this brings Renova’s total holdings to 62.86% of all Sulzer shares. The payments to shareholders who accepted the mandatory offer will be made on December 4, 2015.
