STRATEC schlägt erneut Dividendenerhöhung vor

Der Aufsichtsrat der STRATEC Biomedical AG (Frankfurt: SBS; Prime Standard, TecDAX) hat in seiner bilanzfeststellenden Sitzung am 8. April 2015 der Empfehlung des Vorstands zugestimmt, der Hauptversammlung am 22. Mai 2015 für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 die Zahlung einer Dividende von 0,70 Euro je Aktie vorzuschlagen (Ausschüttung in 2014 für das Geschäftsjahr 2013: 0,60 Euro). Auf Basis von derzeit 11.783.222 dividendenberechtigten Aktien entspräche dies einer Steigerung der Ausschüttungssumme um 16,9% auf 8,2 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 7,1 Mio. €). Die Aktionäre können daher im elften Jahr in Folge mit einer Erhöhung der Dividende rechnen.
