The 197 300 new shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the personnel of the company were entered into the Trade Register today.
On 27th December has been registered 725 shares which has been subscribed using class F option certificates from I/1999 option program. The issue of the I/1999 Stock Option Program was approved by Annual General Meeting of August 5, 1999.
After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of company's shares is 30 750 983 and share capital was increased with 5 940,75 euro to 922 529,49 euro.
