Vorlagefristen der testierten Jahresabschlüsse für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 durch Kreditgeber verlängert

Die SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) hat am heutigen Tag mit den Kreditgebern der Betriebsmittellinie in Höhe von 10,0 Mio. € sowie des zugesagten und vorrangig besicherten Darlehens ("Darlehen") in Höhe von 4,0 Mio. € Verlängerungen zur vertraglich erforderlichen Vorlage der testierten Jahresabschlüsse für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 vereinbart. Für beide Verträge musste aufgrund der Verschiebung des Testates die Laufzeit zur Vorlage verlängert werden.

Für das Darlehen über 4,0 Mio. € wurde dabei eine Verlängerung bis zum 28. Oktober 2022 vereinbart. Die Vorlagefrist im Darlehensvertrag mit der internationalen Großbank über die Betriebsmittellinie in Höhe von 10,0 Mio. € wurde ebenfalls verlängert.
