SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES gibt bekannt, dass der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft am heutigen Tag den Jahresabschluss 2022 festgestellt und den Konzernabschluss gebilligt hat. Die Baker Tilly GmbH & Co. KG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, die im Mai 2023 gerichtlich zum neuen Abschlussprüfer der Gesellschaft bestellt wurde, hat am 29. Oktober 2023 dem Jahresabschluss sowie dem Konzernabschluss einen uneingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk erteilt. Die Veröffentlichung des Jahresabschlusses 2022 wird im Laufe des 31. Oktober 2023 auf der Homepage des Unternehmens unter: https://www.singulus.com/de/finanzberichte/ erfolgen.
