SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES announces the suspension of the stock exchange trading by the end of 21 June 2016 pertaining to the EUR 60,000,000.00 7.75 % bearer notes issued by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft (the Issuer), ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN (German Securities Identification Number): A1MASJ (collectively, the SINGULUS-Bond), divided into 60,000 notes (Inhaber-Teilschuldverschreibungen) payable to the bearer in a denomination of EUR 1,000.00 each (the SINGULUS-Notes).
