Die SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Aktiengesellschaft (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) gibt das Ergebnis der Ausübung von Erwerbsrechten durch die Anleihegläubiger der ehemaligen EUR 60.000.000,00 7,75 % Inhaberschuldverschreibungen 2012/2017 (ehemalige WKN A1MASJ / ehemalige ISIN DE000A1MASJ4) für das Erwerbsangebot für die Neuen Aktien mit der WKN A1681X / ISIN DE000A1681X5 sowie die Neuen Schuldverschreibungen mit der WKN A2AA5H / ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 bekannt.

Innerhalb der Erwerbsfrist vom 29. Juni bis zum 13. Juli 2016 haben die ehemaligen Anleihegläubiger von ihren Erwerbsrechten auf die neuen Aktien und die neuen Schuldverschreibungen in Höhe von insgesamt mehr als 82 % Gebrauch gemacht.
