Following the resignation of Dr. Karlheinz Blessing from the Board of Directors of Dillinger Hütte and of Saarstahl as well as from his position as Managing Director of SHS - Stahl- Holding-Saar (SHS), the supervisory bodies addressed these personnel matters during their meetings this week on Thursday and Friday.

The Supervisory Boards of Dillinger Hütte and Saarstahl have appointed Fred Metzken (60) as Spokesman of the Board of Directors of Dillinger Hütte and of Saarstahl, effective immediately.
