1981 wurde Filler Vertriebsmitarbeiter von Screen und wurde 2000 zum Managing Director von Screen UK und zehn Jahre später (2010) zum Vice President von Screen Europe ernannt. Filler war an der Weiterentwicklung von Screen von einem führenden Entwickler und Hersteller von Filmbelichtern zum branchenführenden Anbieter im Bereich der Plattenbelichter-Technologie und - in den letzten sechs Jahren - zu einem führender Anbieter im Bereich der digitalen Print-on-Demand-Technologie maßgeblich beteiligt.
