Bauindex: Noch stabile Baukonjunktur

Das Bauvolumen ist weiterhin zufriedenstellend. Die Aussichten für die Bauwirtschaft verschlechtern sich jedoch allmählich. Dies geht aus dem Bauindex der Credit Suisse und des Schweizerischen Baumeisterverbands (SBV) hervor, der heute veröffentlicht worden ist.

Das Baujahr 2017 ist geprägt von einer gewissen Stabilität. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass das Bauvolumen dieses Jahr geringfügig höher sein wird als im Vorjahr. Im Wohnungsbau steigen die Risiken, weil momentan mehr Wohnungen gebaut werden, als der Markt aufnehmen kann.

Am Mittwoch, 29. November 2017, wird der Schweizerische Baumeisterverband die Resultate seiner Konjunkturerhebung für das dritte Quartal 2017 publizieren.
