Änderungen im Verwaltungsrat der Swiss Steel Group

Svein Richard Brandtzæg hat der Swiss Steel Group mitgeteilt, dass er per 5. Oktober 2023 aus dem Verwaltungsrat ausscheiden wird. Dr. Brandtzæg begründet seine Entscheidung mit seiner Arbeitsbelastung als Präsident der dormakaba Holding AG, die er am 1. Mai 2023 übernommen hat.

Jens Alder, Präsident des Verwaltungsrats, sagt: "Wir bedauern es sehr, unser geschätztes Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats zu verlieren. Svein Richard Brandtzæg ist unser Vizepräsident des Verwaltungsrats und Vorsitzender des Vergütungsausschusses der Swiss Steel Holding AG. Wir respektieren seine Entscheidung, sich auf seine Aufgabe bei dormakaba zu konzentrieren und danken ihm für seine wichtigen Beiträge in den vergangenen drei Jahren."
