Der Aufsichtsrat der Schaeffler AG hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung Herrn Uwe Wagner (54), Leiter Forschung und Entwicklung Automotive OEM und Industrie, mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2020 für eine Amtszeit von drei Jahren zum Mitglied des Vorstands der Schaeffler AG bestellt. Uwe Wagner wird Nachfolger von Professor Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer (65), der nach dem Auslaufen seines Vertrages zum 31. Dezember 2019 in den Ruhestand geht. Er übernimmt seine Aufgaben als Technologievorstand.

Darüber hinaus hat der Aufsichtsrat beschlossen, den Vertrag von Matthias Zink (49), CEO der Sparte Automotive OEM, um weitere fünf Jahre bis zum 31. Dezember 2024 zu verlängern.
