Herr Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Johannes Nonn, seit 2002 in Führungspositionen unseres Konzerns - zuletzt als für die Stahldivision zuständiges Vorstandsmitglied der Salzgitter AG - tätig, verlässt das Unternehmen auf eigenen Wunsch.

Herr Nonn wird zum 1. Februar 2013 CEO und Vorsitzender der Konzernleitung der SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH AG mit Sitz in Emmen, Schweiz.

Die Verantwortung für das Stahlressort im Vorstand der Salzgitter AG wird bis zum - gegen Jahresmitte 2013 erwarteten - Abschluss des Organisationsentwicklungs-Projektes "Salzgitter AG 2015" vom Vorstandsvorsitzenden, Herrn Prof. Dr.-Ing. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann, wahrgenommen werden.
