21% Wirkungsgrad auf 156mm Wafergröße mit neuer Roth & Rau Hocheffizienztechnologie

Die Roth & Rau AG hat mit einem Wirkungsgrad von 21% einen neuen Meilenstein bei der Entwicklung ihrer Hocheffizienztechnologie erreicht. Auf der Heterojunction-Technologie (HJT) basierende Solarzellen zeichnen sich insbesondere durch ihre hohen Wirkungsgrade aus. Darüber hinaus wird infolge des niedrigen Temperaturkoeffizienten ein höherer Energieertrag erreicht. Die Technologie reduziert daher bereits bei einem Wirkungsgrad von 20% die Gestehungskosten von Solarstrom um ca. 15% gegenüber dem aktuellen Stand der Technik klassischer kristalliner Solarzellen.

Bereits anlässlich der 26.
