Our Motivation
The current recycling processes claim to recycle 95% of the materials by misusing the terminology of "recycling". We at Novocycle strongly believe that "recycling" should be used for the reintroduction of materials into supply chains. Bringing materials to the landfill is not "recycling" but "dispose". The real recycling efficiency of todays processes using shredding as pre-treatment barely surpasses the 70% mark.
Making a Difference
Recycling one ton of lithium-ion batteries can prevent the emission of up to 20 tons of CO2, making it an essential part of the fight against climate change. With our non-destructive technology, we are able to recover 96% of all the materials within a Lithium-Ion battery and reintroduce them into various supply chains. This is recycling!
