REpower Systems AG (WKN 617 703) and EPURON GmbH have signed a joint framework agreement for the delivery of 80 wind turbines for international projects. It mainly involves the REpower MM82 and MM92 turbines. The wind farm projects are to be implemented presumably until the end of 2009 in Germany, Italy, France and Australia. REpower is the third largest German manufacturer of onshore and offshore wind turbines. EPURON, a subsidiary of the listed company Conergy AG, develops, finances and implements major projects in the field of renewable energies.
