Mit großer Sorge stellen die Mitglieder der Gemeinsamen Stelle dualer Systeme fest, dass eine große Anzahl ihrer Kunden trotz rechtlicher Verpflichtung noch keinen Vertrag zur Entsorgung ihrer Verkaufsverpackungen für 2010 abgeschlossen hat.
