Der Windpark-Projektierer PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) hält weiterhin alle Anteile des Offshore-Windparkprojektes "Gode Wind II". Ein am 29. Dezember 2011 vereinbarter Verkauf der Projektgesellschaft ist nicht zustande gekommen, da die HYSSING Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, die von der dänischen Brancor Capital Partners APS gehalten wird, die für den 23. März 2012 vereinbarten Zahlungen nicht geleistet hat.

Die PNE WIND AG wird jetzt in Verkaufsgespräche mit weiteren Interessenten an diesem Windpark eintreten.
