On June 12, PLCopen had a very successful annual General Meeting in Amsterdam.

During this meeting the members present voted on changes in the Board of Management.

Manfred Werner, who is a member of the PLCopen Board of Management on behalf of his company 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH, was elected as Treasurer.

Henning Sandfort needed to step down as a Board member due to recent changes in his position with Siemens.
