Der Aufsichtsrat der OTRS AG freut sich, die Ernennung von Muriel Gellf zur neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden bekanntzugeben. Sie tritt die Nachfolge von André Mindermann an, der sich künftig neuen Aufgaben im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz widmen wird.

Mit ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung und als Vice President Legal Affairs bei EasyVista bringt Muriel Gellf wertvolle juristische Expertise in das Unternehmen ein. Sie übernimmt insbesondere die rechtlichen Themen innerhalb der OTRS AG. Das bestehende Management Board wird die operativen Geschäfte wie gewohnt weiterführen.

Ende 2024 wurde die OTRS AG von EasyVista übernommen. Mit der Berufung von Muriel Gellf wird die enge Verbindung beider Unternehmen nun
