Der Ontaris Outlook Linker gewährt den vollen Zugriff auf das Outlook Postfach des jeweiligen Benutzers. E-Mails, Kontakte, Kalendereinträge, Aufgaben und Notizen werden in dem Aufgabenbereich des Mindjet® MindManager® sichtbar abgebildet und können leicht per drag 'n drop in die Map gezogen werden, ohne den MindManager zu verlassen. Der Anwender kann zudem beim Einfügen in die Map die Verbindung zu Outlook bestehen lassen und hat somit immer die aktuellen Outlookdaten in der Map. Diese Aktualisierung funktioniert auch in die andere Richtung: Eine Änderung der Informationen in der Map wird auch direkt in Outlook übernommen.
