NAFEMS, die International Association for the Engineering Analysis Community, kündigt die erste deutschsprachige Konferenz zum Thema "Berechnung und Simulation - Anwendungen, Entwicklungen, Trends" an, die von 8. - 9. Mai 2012 in Bamberg stattfinden wird. Mit dieser Konferenz bietet NAFEMS eine CAE Plattform, auf der neue Techniken und Tools auf dem Gebiet der numerischen Simulation (Finite-Element-Methode - FEM, Strömungsberechnung - CFD, Mehrkörpersimulation - MKS,...) sowie angrenzenden Bereichen wie Simulationsdatenmanagement (SDM), Visualisierung etc. präsentiert werden sollen.
