Die MVTec Software GmbH hat die neue Maintenance Release ihrer Bildverarbeitungssoftware HALCON 11 herausgebracht. Neben dem Bug-Fixing beinhaltet die Release 11.0.1 verbesserte Funktionalitäten.

Der Barcode-Leser von HALCON kann mehrere Barcode-Typen gleichzeitig in einem Aufruf lesen. In diesem Autodiskriminierungs-Modus ist der Barcode-Leser der Maintenance Release 11.0.1 jetzt noch robuster und deutlich schneller geworden. Darüber hinaus kann der Barcode-Leser jetzt geneigte Barcodes identifizieren. Außerdem wurde der Speicherbedarf des Barcode-Lesers reduziert. HALCON verfügt ebenfalls über einen Datacode-Leser. Mit der neuen Release benötigt dieser Datacode-Leser ebenfalls weniger Speicher.
