Neue SiC-Leistungsmodule

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation hat drei unterschiedliche Hybrid-Leistungsmodule auf SiC-Basis (Siliziumkarbid) auf den Markt gebracht, die vor allem für Applikationen in den Bereichen Haushaltsgeräte, Industrie-Ausrüstung und Bahntechnik konzipiert sind.
