Credit agreement strengthens Mikron's financial basis

Last week Mikron signed a credit agreement for CHF 50 million with Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. The agreement matures on 30 November 2011. The new agreement further strengthens Mikron's financial basis and secures mediumterm financing for its operating business.
