Der Gesetzgeber hat den Start der E-Bilanz auf das Jahr 2012 gelegt. Für alle Wirtschaftsjahre ab 31.12.2011 müssen Unternehmen nun zusammen mit der Steuererklärung die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung auf elektronischem Weg an die Finanzverwaltung übermitteln.
