Die Digitalisierung von Prozessen ist in der Bauindustrie ein wichtiges Thema, das am 28. und 29. November im Mittelpunkt der BIM World stehen wird. Die Veranstaltung, die im vergangenen Jahr erstmals in Deutschland stattgefunden hat, wird im Internationalen Congress Center München (ICM) abgehalten. Um die Digitalisierung im Bauwesen voranzutreiben, setzt die Branche auf Building Information Modeling (BIM). Mit diesem digitalen virtuellen Gebäudemodell sollen alle Beteiligten – vom Architekten über die Planer bis hin zu den ausführenden Unternehmen und dem Betreiber des Gebäudes – während eines Bauprojekts auf einem einheitlichen Stand bleiben.
