The Executive Management Board of Medigene AG (FSE: MDG1, Prime Standard, TecDAX) with the approval of the Company's Supervisory Board today resolved, that the EUR 2 million milestone payment announced on 10 July 2017 for the achievement of the third milestone for the Trianta acquisition will be settled by issuance of new shares. These shares will be issued from authorized capital by means of a capital increase through contribution in kind.
