Olaf Schneider leitet neuen Bereich Compliance

MAN stärkt Compliance Organisation

Die MAN SE richtet zum 1. Januar 2010 einen neuen Bereich Compliance ein und überträgt die Leitung an Olaf Schneider. Der 38jährige Jurist wird als Chief Compliance Officer den neuen Bereich mit einem eigenen Team aufbauen und die Compliance Organisation der gesamten MAN Gruppe weltweit verantworten. Organisatorisch ist der Bereich dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden, Håkan Samuelsson, unterstellt.

Mit der organisatorischen und personellen Neuordnung stärkt MAN die Compliance Organisation im Rahmen des 5-Punktes-Programmes zum Ausbau einer nachhaltigen Compliance Struktur.

Schneider hat zuletzt verschiedene Führungsaufgaben bei General Electric u.a. als Geschäftsführer und Head of Compliance ausgeübt. Zuvor war er als Rechtsanwalt in der Kanzlei
