Die deutschen Angestellten gehen mit ihren Chefs hart ins Gericht: Mehr als 60 Prozent geben ihren Chefs schlechte Noten. Knapp ein Drittel der Befragten bezeichnet es sogar als unverantwortlich, dass ihr Vorgesetzter überhaupt Mitarbeiterverantwortung besitzt. 29 Prozent stufen die Fähigkeiten zur Mitarbeiterführung ihres Chefs als schlecht ein und sind der Meinung, dass bei ihm noch ein erheblicher Nachholbedarf an Führungsqualitäten besteht. Das ist das Ergebnis einer aktuellen Umfrage der europäischen Jobbörse StepStone, die unter mehr als 8.000 Jobsuchenden in acht Ländern Europas durchgeführt wurde.
