Dieser Meinung ist die Jury des Magazins Total Telecoms, bestehend aus Journalisten, Führungskräften der Industrie und Telekommunikationsexperten. Am Montag nahm Level 3 die Auszeichnung im London Hilton on Park Lane entgegen. Zur Feier kamen mehr als 500 Gäste aus der Telekommunikationsbranche.

Total Telecoms vergibt den World Communications Award bereits zum fünften Mal.
