Lauterbach, der führende Hersteller von Mikroprozessor-Entwicklungssystemen und Undo Software, Cambridge, UK haben eine Partnerschaft im Bereich non-embedded systems beschlossen. Dazu kommuniziert die Lauterbach TRACE32 GUI als Debugger Frontend über eine Undo spezielle Erweiterung des GDB Protokolls mit dem UndoDB Server, der auf einem normalen PC läuft und dort seine Applikationen debuggen. Dadurch bekommt der Anwender ein leistungsfähiges Werkzeug, welches die traditionellen Debug Features des TRACE32 mit all seinen bekannten Vorzügen mit der Möglichkeit kombiniert, C/C++ Code in Linux oder Android Umgebungen vorwärts, aber auch reverse zu debuggen.
