LACH DIAMANT präsentiert das neu entwickelte CFM-Kassetten-System für das HSC-Planfräsen mit PKD bis ø 400 mm

Abgeleitet von dem erfolgreichen PKD-Monoblock-Konzept entwickelte LACH DIAMANT das CFM-Kassettenfräser-System für PKD-Schneiden bis zum Durchmesser von 400 mm.

Hierzu die Besonderheiten zu vergleichbaren Ausführungen, die die CFM-Ausführung (CFM = Cartridge Face Milling cutter) derzeit unübertrefflich macht:

- Für HSC-Hochgeschwindigkeits-Einsatz bis 600 m/min. ausgelegt
- Kühlmittelaustritt gegenüber der PKD-Schneide
- Radiusförmiger Spanraum
- Stabiler, aber nicht schwerer Stahlgrundkörper

Der CFM-Planfräser wird komplett mit den fertig justierten PKD-Einsätzen geliefert, so dass er sofort in die Maschine genommen werden kann.
