Die KIC Reflow Process Inspection (RPI) bringt dem thermischen Verfahren jene Prozess- und Qualitätsinformationen, die zuvor nur den Lotpastendruckern und Bestückmaschinen vorbehalten waren.
Die RPI liefert Prozessinformationen über die Leiterplattenprofile in der Produktion. Diese Echtzeit-Prozessinformationen helfen konsequent, die geforderte Qualität einzuhalten. Es ist ein System, das vollautomatisch und ohne direkten Anwendereingriff im Hintergrund arbeitet.
