KBC completes the sale of its remaining 22% stake in NLB (Republic of Slovenia)

Yesterday, KBC Group finalized the transaction announced on 28 December 2012, whereby KBC sold its remaining 22% stake in NLB to the Republic of Slovenia for a total consideration of EUR 2,765,282, which represents EUR 1 per share.
