Das Schuhhandelsunternehmen Leiser eröffnet im Frühjahr einen Store in der Braunschweiger 1a-Lage Damm 40. Das zuvor von New Yorker genutzte Ladenlokal verfügt über rund 1.700 m² Gesamtfläche. Kemper's Jones Lang LaSalle hat den Mietvertrag vermittelt.

Mit rund 75 Filialen zählt die Leiser Handelsgesellschaft mbH zu den führenden Schuhhandelsunternehmen in Deutschland.
