Japanisch-Deutsches Mikro/Nano-Seminar auf der Micromachine/MEMS-Messe in Tokio

Zusammen mit dem Ost-Asien Verein (OAV) veranstaltet der IVAM Fachverband für Mikrotechnik das 3. Japanisch- Deutsche Mikro/Nano-Business Seminar während der "Exhibition Micro Machine/MEMS"-Messe in Tokio, einer der wichtigsten japanischen Messen im Bereich Mikro- und Nanotechnik. Im Rahmen des Seminars am 29. Juli werden hochrangige Sprecher, wie Prof. Esashi von der Tohuku University und Prof. Geßner vom Fraunhofer Institut für elektronische Nanosysteme ENAS sowie weitere Vertreter deutscher und japanischer Unternehmen neueste Entwicklungen, wie zum Beispiel Sensorsysteme für die energieeffiziente Produktion, vorstellen.
