Der Vorstand der ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrates eine Kapitalerhöhung aus genehmigtem Kapital beschlossen. Unter Ausnutzung von ca. einem Drittel des verfügbaren genehmigtem Kapitals wird das Grundkapital der ItN Nanovation AG von zurzeit EUR 7.389.657,- um einen Betrag von EUR 336.000,- gegen Bareinlagen auf EUR 7.725.657,- durch Ausgabe von 336.000 auf den Inhaber lautender Stückaktien mit Gewinnberechtigung ab dem 01. Januar 2009 zu einem Ausgabebetrag in unmittelbarer Nähe des Börsenkurses unter Ausschluss des gesetzlichen Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre erhöht.
