Nachfrage nach beruflicher Weiterbildung steigt

IHK zieht Halbjahresbilanz

Die Nachfrage nach IHK-Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen ist im 1. Halbjahr 2013 im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum gestiegen. Mehr als 1.750 Teilnehmer nutzten das IHK-Angebot in der beruflichen Weiterbildung. "Weiterbildung ist ein wesentliches Instrument für die Unternehmen zur Sicherung des Fachkräftebedarfs. Das bestätigt auch die Frühjahrsumfrage der IHK. Gut zwei Drittel der Unternehmen wollen Fachkräfte durch betriebliche Weiterbildung gewinnen", erklärt IHK-Weiterbildungsreferentin Dr. Maria Deuling.

In den Lehrgängen, die auf IHK-Fortbildungsabschlüsse vorbereiten, haben die Teilnehmerzahlen im 1. Halbjahr im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum um rd. 10 % zugenommen. Diese Fortbildungen zum Industriemeister, zum Fachwirt und Fachkaufmann vermitteln vertieftes theoretisches Wissen, sind praxisnah und lassen sich gezielt
