Videosprechstunde in MEDICAL OFFICE integriert

Mit dem Quartalsupdate steht seit 1. April 2018 allen MEDICAL OFFICEAnwendern die Funktion „Videosprechstunde" zur Verfügung. Realisiert wurde die Integration gemeinsam mit dem Online-Terminplaner TerMed. Zugutekommen soll die Videosprechstunde beispielsweise Patienten mit Mobilitätsproblemen und Ärzten, für die längere Anfahrten zu Hausbesuchen entfallen könnten. Die Umsetzung ist einfach: Nachdem die MEDICAL OFFICEAnwender mit ihrem Patienten einen Termin zur Videosprechstunde vereinbart und in den Terminplaner eingetragen haben, erfolgt eine automatische Terminbestätigung per SMS oder E-Mail an den Patienten. Darin werden ihm der Termin, ein Zugangscode und der URL-Link für das digitale Wartezimmer mitgeteilt. Sobald der Patient dies am Tag der Behandlung betreten
