Hitex Development Tools vertreibt mit sofortiger Wirkung das Echtzeitbetriebssystem SAFERTOS von WITTENSTEIN high integrity systems, das speziell für sicherheitskritische Applikationen konzipiert ist.

SAFERTOS ist von TÜV SÜD für eine Vielzahl von Plattformen vorzertifiziert nach IEC 61508 und erlaubt Herstellern von sicherheitsrelevanten Systemen eine normenkonforme Entwicklung und somit eine wesentliche Vereinfachung des Zertifizierungsprozesses.

"Mit SAFERTOS können wir Embedded Entwicklern eine weitere fundierte Lösung anbieten, um Sicherheitsanforderungen effizient in Embedded Designs einzubinden," sagt Frank Grobe, Geschäftsführer von Hitex. "Für die nahtlose Implementierung von SAFERTOS unterstützen wir auch mit Consulting und geben Hilfe bei der Integration."
