Dazu werten die Berater und Analysten die von ihnen organisierte Serie unabhängiger Live-Tests von führenden Dokumenten-Management-Systeme aus. Den aufwändigen Tests unter praxisorientierten Bedingungen stellten sich bisher das daa Systemhaus, EASY, Docuware, Optimal Systems sowie, zuletzt am 15. und 16. Mai, ELO aus Stuttgart.
