Neue hochempfindliche Thermopile Sensoren für Infrarotmessungen von Hamamatsu Photonics

Hamamatsu Photonics hat eine neue Reihe von Thermopile Sensoren entwickelt. Es handelt sich dabei um Einzelelemente für die Gasanalyse und 1D, 2D Arrays für die Produktionsüberwachung und Menschenerkennung. Die Detektoren sind speziell nach den Anforderungen der Industrie entwickelt worden. Low-Cost, hoher S/N und einfache Integration sind die wichtige Eigenschaften.

Der diskrete Detektor T11262-01 bietet eine hohe Empfindlichkeit von D* = 1,3 x 108 und ist in einem kompakten TO-18 Gehäuse untergebracht. Das Transmissionsfenster ist speziell auf Gasanalyse von 3 - 5 μm angepasst. Der Sensor profitiert von einem niedrigen Temperaturkoeffizienten des Widerstandes (TCR).
