Der Arbeitskreis Chancengleichheit in der Chemie (AKCC) der Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh) stellt unter dem Titel "Gelebte Chancengleichheit in der Chemie" interessante Karrierewege und vielfältige Arbeitsfelder vor. In der soeben erschienenen Broschüre stehen Frauen aus der Chemie im Mittelpunkt, die sich mit oder ohne Familie für eine berufliche Tätigkeit in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, öffentlichem Dienst, Verlagen oder Schulen entschieden haben. Doch es kommen auch Männer zu Wort, die über ihre Erfahrungen und über Projekte berichten sowie ihre Ideen zum Thema Chancengleichheit vorstellen. Darüber hinaus werden Best-Practice-Beispiele institutioneller Einrichtungen vorgestellt, die Chancengleichheit zielstrebig umsetzen.
