Seit 1. Januar 2009 ist Alster Equity Partners GmbH (AEP) neuer Gesellschafter der GEMAC mbH. Im Rahmen dieser Nachfolgeregelung übernimmt Claus-Ascan Jencquel von AEP die kaufmännische Geschäftsleitung seines Vorgängers Günther Schultze. Mit der Partnerschaft sichert der Chemnitzer Elektronik- und Sensorspezialist die Fortschreibung des bisherigen erfolgreichen Wachstums.

"Grund für den Beitritt der AEP war der Wunsch von Günther Schultze, in den Ruhestand zu wechseln. Schultze war von 1999 bis Ende 2008 Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der GEMAC.
