Einweihung SIMTEC-Labor am Fraunhofer ISE

Am kommenden Dienstag weiht das Fraunhofer ISE ein neues Labor ein:

Das rasante Wachstum des Photovoltaikmarktes hat zu intensiven Aktivitäten auf der Seite des Ausgangsmaterials für die den Markt dominierenden Silicium-Solarzellen geführt. Um die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette dieses Industriezweigs mit angewandter Forschung bedienen zu können, haben wir unsere Arbeiten im Bereich der Materialforschung weiter ausgebaut. Ein wichtiger Baustein hierfür ist unser neues Labor, das sich der Silicium-Kristallisation und der Wafertechnologie sowie der kristallinen Silicium-Dünnschichttechnologie jyvfeq.
