Jürgen Brinkmann folgt wie geplant auf Peter Völker

Jürgen Brinkmann, Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der GAD eG, Münster, wurde in der konstituierenden Sitzung des Fiducia-Aufsichtsrats am Mittwoch, 25. Februar, wie geplant zum Vorsitzenden auch dieses Gremiums gewählt. Hintergrund ist die von Fiducia IT AG und GAD eG im Dezember 2014 beschlossene Fusion beider Häuser. Mit der Eintragung der neuen Fiducia & GAD IT AG ins Handelsregister voraussichtlich im Juli 2015 übernimmt Jürgen Brinkmann dann auch die Position des Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden des neuen Unternehmens. Jürgen Brinkmann ist im Hauptamt Vorstandsvorsitzender der Volksbank eG Braunschweig Wolfsburg. Der bisherige Vorsitzende des Fiducia-Aufsichtsrats, Peter Völker, wurde zum 2. stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden gewählt, da die Position des 1.
