Die neue Vision Sensor Serie von EVT verfügt jetzt mit dem EyeSens Match über das optionale Tool zur Konturkorrelation. EyeSens Match verfügt über den Konturkorrelationsbefehl SmartMatch, welcher Bauteile anhand von charakteristischen Merkmalen findet, erkennt und sie anschließend auf, vom Anwender definierte Eigenschaften überprüft. Mit dem Vision Sensor EyeSens Match ist es möglich mit nur einem Klick ein Bauteil einzulernen, dieses wieder zu finden, die Drehlage und Position zu ermitteln und zudem festzustellen, ob es dem Original entspricht. Mit nur einem Klick können so mehrere Prüfaufgaben mit nur einem Befehl gelöst werden.
